• Spend AED 50 at any of the festival restaurants for a chance to get a raffle ticket.
• You can claim one voucher for every AED 50 spent to enter the raffle draw.
• During the sweepstakes, participants grant the Sheikh Zayed Festival and its affiliates the right to publish and use their names and photos on their media channels.
• Winners must provide the identification documents required by the festival to claim their prizes.
• To avoid doubts, Sheikh Zayed Festival is under no obligation to publish the winner’s name.
• Participants will only receive their rewards unless they claimed them accurately. Participants must understand that prizes cannot be (a) substituted for other prizes; (b) transferred or assigned to another person; (c) cashed; (d) refunded; (e) combined with other offers or promotions.
• Participants must be present during the raffle. Stay tuned for draw dates as they will be announced on our social media channels and festival website, as well as during the festival.

By entering the draw, participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release from responsibility, and hold harmless, Sheikh Zayed Festival and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assignees, employees, officers, and directors, from any liability, including but not limited to illness, injury, death, litigation, claim, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from

(i) an individual’s participation in the draw and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof;
(ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment;
(iii) the unavailability of or inaccessibility to any transmissions, telephone, or internet service;
(iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the draw;
(v) electronic or human error in the administration of the draw or the processing of entries.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where applicable. The Abu Dhabi Judiciary shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any suit, action, or proceedings, and/or to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sheikh Zayed Festival may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.

8.1. Sheikh Zayed Festival and any employees, officers, and affiliates, may use and disclose (to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law) participants’ names, city and/or state of residence, photograph, any oral or written statements, film or video footage, and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media and/or social media and/or on TV now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification.

8.3. Sheikh Zayed Festival reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the competition/draw or website or violates any part of these Terms and Conditions.

8.4. Sheikh Zayed Festival reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this draw and the Terms and Conditions (or portions thereof) without any notice to the participants, at any time and for any reason whatsoever, especially if virus, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the draw, or for any other reason.

8.5 Failure by the organizers of the Sheikh Zayed Festival to enforce any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
